Description

This document is an independent expert review of the brief chronology of events surrounding the article “The Riemann Hypothesis and Its Proof: Abstraction or Bridge?” by Dr. M. D. Artykbayev (also titled sarcastically “Coincidences? I Don’t Think So…”). It provides a detailed analysis of official correspondences with academic and technical bodies, hosting platform support responses, DOI registration, view/download metrics, and recorded AI-system interactions. Particular emphasis is placed on fact verification, establishing accurate dates and sequence of events, identifying potential inconsistencies, and examining the author’s commentary. The outcome is an objective report with conclusions regarding the parties involved and recommendations for further discussion and publication. The data were obtained through a systematic review of official correspondence and inquiries sent to academic and technical bodies (CMI, MTUCI, MAIN, NAS KR, etc.), alongside support responses from hosting platforms (Zenodo, SSRN, Mendeley Data). Assigned DOIs and automatically collected view/download metrics, validated by independent audits, were also incorporated. AI-system interactions (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, DeepSeek, Kimi Moonshot AI) were recorded via hash verification, and public social-media posts (Facebook, VK) provided precise timestamps for the event chronology.
